A stunning and elegant sideboard designed by John Herbert for Younger and featured in the Younger 1964 catalogue.
A Beautifully simplistic design, constructed from a combination of solid Afrormosia and teak veneers. Younger has always been known as one of the top quality mid century names and this sideboard is no exception. It is very well made with modern shape and sleek lines and is a solid and well built piece.
The layout comprises of opening cupboards to each end and a central bank of 3 drawers with stylish lip handles. The central top drawer has the original lining as seen in image.
The sideboard has general age related wear as expected from a piece of this age, but is in very good condition and has been given a fresh polish. All photos show surface marks and drawer insides.
