Domestic Shipping

Depending on the weight and size of your item it will be sent via Royal Mail tracked services or DHL parcel delivery. We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of purchase, but we are a small family run business and sometimes we may need a little longer.

If you are purchasing large furniture then it will be sent via door to door specialist courier. This can vary in price depending on where you are located but we set the price at a base level typical to most areas.

International shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping but may be able to organise this in certain circumstances so please get in touch with any queries.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your item we will gladly accept your return.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued less the cost of the original shipping cost incurred by us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge. We highly recommend sending items tracked and insured.

If an item is returned back to us damaged or broken we cannot refund your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition.

Returned merchandise must arrive back to us within 14 days of initiating the return in order to receive a refund. Orders that arrive after the 14 day period will not be refunded.

Sale items are final sale.
